L.A. based Jakks Pacific toys is reporting their best sales in a decade. Despite “the continuation of supply chain pressures,” the toy company’s net sales went up 96% compared to the same period last year. Jakks reports their “action games and collectibles jumped 89.4% to $37.1 million. And dolls, role-play and dress-up also put in a stellar performance, with earnings up by 107.4% to US$102.1 million.” The brand most recently partnered with Respawn on Apex Legends action figures featuring Lifeline, Revenant, and Caustic. Each will cost $19.99 and is available for pre-order through GameStop. YPulse’s Gaming report data shows 77% of parents agree that more brands should pay attention to gamer culture.
