A new French startup promises to help brands reach young consumers by creating interactive ad campaigns inside virtual worlds. YPulse has been saying that the future of marketing is inside video games for a while now, but as the metaverse continues to boom, it’s even more imperative that brands get involved in young consumers’ digital spaces. In fact, our WE Metaverse trend report found that 63% of virtual world gamers are open to seeing advertisements from brands in virtual worlds. But when we ask young Europeans how brands should interact with them, they say they want it to feel non-invasive and entertaining. To help brands reach this goal, French startup Gadmse is committed to creating ads that are “interactive, targeted and non-intrusive,” and can integrate seamlessly into various game formats and platforms. In other words, the ads themselves will feel like games, giving young consumers an entertaining way to engage with brands in their virtual worlds. (L’ADN)
