“Wendyverse” is coming to Meta’s Horizon Worlds. Described as Wendy’s “first phase” in the virtual world, “Wendyverse” will offer a unique experience for users to interact with the brand outside of its food offerings. Fans can enter the activation in Horizon Worlds starting tomorrow (April 2) where they will be able to interact with their friends at the Wendyverse Town Square Central restaurant location. A Wendyverse Partnership Plaza is also part of the activation for Horizon World users to watch the final round of March Madness. YPulse’s Metaverse trend research shows 61% of young consumers who play virtual world games say they are more likely to purchase from brands that interact with the virtual world games they are a part of.
