Gucci unveiled a unique boutique and café in London in honor of its 100th anniversary. Known as Gucci Circolo, the Italian luxury mainstay’s new shop is a “multisensory zone” where customers can shop the brand’s new collection as well as order coffee, peruse the Listening Lounge (which features vinyl curated by Billie Eilish, Arlo Parks, Phoebe Bridgers, Florence Welch, and Sir Elton John), and take part in its calendar of events. YPulse research shows that half of young European consumers prefer to shop online—and the vast majority already do. But they’re also driven by the experiencification of retail, and the majority say in-store experiences would make them more likely to visit a brick-and-mortar location. (Dazed)
