Little Caesars is tapping TikTok to find brand superfans for its next commercial. The pizza chain recently put out a casting call, asking TikTokers to submit videos for a chance to be featured in the brand’s commercial tied to the upcoming The Batman movie premiering in March 2022. Little Caesars is working with WarnerMedia and TikToker Trevor Bell (a proclaimed DC-loving actor and producer with 4 million TikTok followers) to promote the campaign, while TikTokers are encouraged to channel their inner Batman in their clips and must submit them using the tag #BeLikeTheBatman. Recruiting young brand fans via TikTok is a new marketing trend brands from Frank’s RedHot, to Nerf, to JanSport are deploying in an attempt to find next gen creators to take on buzzy positions.
