Rapper Travis Scott launching his own spiked seltzer. Last year, Scott had a smash of the virtual concert in Fortnite, partnered with McDonald’s for a branded meal and merch, and created a sell-out candle and fragrance—and now he’s joining the hard seltzer races. The rapper is collaborating with A-B InBev to debut Cacti Agave Spiked Seltzer, a new alcoholic beverage that is “inspired by [his] love of tequila” and will be available in lime, pineapple, and strawberry. Pre-pandemic young drinkers were driving the hard seltzer trend, and it hasn’t slowed down, with our brand data showing that White Claw ended 2020 with the highest Yscore in their industry. (Eater)
