Campbell’s Soup wants to keep the tradition of snow days alive in the remote learning era.

Dec 07 2020

Campbell’s Soup wants to keep the tradition of snow days alive in the remote learning era. With their “Save the Snow Day” campaign, the company is asking people who believe in “shutting screens off and putting snow boots on” to sign their pledge “to preserve and protect our most magical of winter birthrights: the snow day.” The first 3,000 participants who take the pledge win a free snow day activity package with products like a snowman-making kit—but on the site anyone can access printable coloring sheets and signs that families can hang on their front windows. As part of the campaign, Campbell’s is releasing the short film Long Live Snow Days to show the meaning of snow days for kids as a fun break from school, which of course gives them the opportunity to “warm up with hot cocoa and chicken noodle soup.” (Marketing Dive)
