Gen Z wants to live in “technologically advanced apartments.” According to a RENTCafe survey, 62% of Gen Z renters believe apartment technology is “extremely important” in their apartment and community compared to other generations. High-speed internet was a bigger priority to Gen Z than parking, and gym or laundry services.
