According a study by female career community Fairygodboss, 63% of 18-to-22-year-old women say they the most important quality they look for in a company is that is pays well, and over half say they want a high salary. Online jobs boards are the top way they’re looking for jobs, indicating they aren’t relying networks quite as much as previous generations. Interestingly, over half have never had an internship, and nearly a third don’t believe internship experience is needed to get a job. (Fast Company)
