Instagram influencer marketing jumped 48% this year. According to a Klear study, the number of sponsored posts on the platform rose 48% to more than 3 million this year. Instagram Stories’ popularity grew as well, with influencer posts growing to 20% to an average of 3.6 per day with beauty the most popular product category mentioned in Stories, making up 25% of sponsored posts. YPulse found that 52% of 13-37-year-olds say they’re more likely to buy a product if it was recommended by their favorite online celebrity.
