Helzberg Diamonds is ready to marry Millennials in their stores. After finding that 91% of 23-38-year-olds “would consider eloping,” the company made plans to have about 1,700 associates at its 216 U.S. stores ordained to marry diamond buyers on the spot. They also specifically chose the secular Universal Life Church to ordain their associates, based on their finding that 56% of Millennials would prefer not to be married by a religious officiate.
