Airbnb and 23andMe are teaming up to customize travel experiences down to Generation Wanderlust’s DNA. They’re taking on the trend of “heritage travel,” giving those who’ve taken a 23andMe DNA assessment the option to click through their results to Airbnb homes and experiences in their ancestral countries. Airbnb has also added pages to their platform that sync up with 23andMe’s genetic locations, like Sub-Saharan Africa and West Asia. (VentureBeat)
