Facebook is getting a design overhaul. In the wake of declining use among Gen Z & Millennials paired with privacy concerns and allegations of spreading misinformation, the platform is being re-worked to promote private communications. WhatsApp and Messenger will be integrated into the main platform, while features like a Groups tab will encourage users to engage with smaller groups of people, rather than publicly via the News Feed, which is also getting a minimalist, white design.
