New York’s newly-opened Hudson Yards is a battleground for luxury brands’ experiential stores. Forty Five Ten and Neiman Marcus are both focusing on making their mall outposts more than places to shop, with the former doubling down on art pieces to bring in young shoppers and the latter opening an outpost of their famed Zodiac Room restaurant—where everything, including the dishes, is shoppable.
