Somehow Crocs is defying the odds and succeeding in their mission to become a teen footwear trend. No longer just a water shoe, Crocs’ high fashion collabs with cult streetwear favorites like Off-White and Vetements are having a trickle-down effect to up their cool factor amongst teens. But the company is doing what they can to become more than just the ugly shoe du jour. Their newest collection features footwear reminiscent of Adidas and Allbirds, full of what they call “trend-right platform silhouettes,” and they just announced a collab with rapper Post Malone. (Vox)
