Forty-three percent of 23-35-year-olds are planning to leave their jobs within the next two years. The Deloitte study also found that less than one-third (28%) plan to stay past five years. What would keep them from quitting? While higher pay may be their top deciding factor when first choosing a job, “diversity, inclusion, and flexibility” were the most important considerations for staying longer at a company.
