Political campaigns are taking design cues from the likes of Glossier and Casper. Instead of the staid red, white, and blue palette of past politicians, NYC candidate Suraj Patel switched slightly to Millennial pink and navy. His merch resembles streetwear, even styling one of its sayings after Anti Social Social Club’s wavy logo, while his site features the rounded sans-serif font that minimalist lifestyle brands love. And he’s not the only one switching to more Millennial-friendly design in hopes of swaying an increasingly politically active generation to vote. (Racked)
