It looks like BuzzFeed’s high-tech cooktop was just the beginning of their kitchen appliance empire. The line of tools ranging from mixing bowls to spatulas will be available at Walmart exclusively. The Tasty-branded tools could be a smart way for Walmart to attract a digital-first audience. While on-site affiliate links drive most of BuzzFeed’s commerce revenue, an exec thinks the cookware line could bring in up to 25% of this year’s total. (Recode)
