Rumor has it Amazon is working on a messaging app that could compete with Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. Dubbed Anytime, the app is said to have messaging, audio and video calls, stickers, Gifs, games, and photo and video sharing with the option to overlay filters, and Amazon reportedly started surveying customers about potential features. From selling groceries to producing some of the coolest tech and introducing wardrobe subscriptions, Amazon has its hands in a lot of industries—and they’re not letting social media slide by.
