Millennials are using their second language (AKA emojis) at work—and they have a lot of ideas about what is and isn’t okay. Seven in ten Millennials think emojis have a place in their workplace, according to a survey from Microsoft and YouGov. Some dos: using them with friends in the workplace to talk one on one or in a small group. Some don’ts: using them with bosses and clients, in mass messages, and using hearts—definitely not okay.
