Online personal finance company Sofi is having some fun with recent Millennial headlines, offering young home buyers a month of avocado toast if they purchase a house with a SoFi mortgage in July. They’ll even go gluten-free and deliver it straight to their new doorstep. The company regularly markets to a younger demographic with happy hours and singles dating events, and this move is meant to show they believe their audience “can have [their] toast and eat it, too.” (MONEY)
