Many Millennials are leaving behind unused paid vacation as they head into the new year.

Dec 21 2016

Many Millennials are leaving behind unused paid vacation as they head into the new year. A new Bankrate.com survey found that one quarter of 18-25-year-olds in the U.S. did not use any of their paid vacation this year, compared to 9% of 26-35-year-olds, 6% of Gen Xers, and 7% of Boomers. In addition, almost six in ten younger Millennials will end up forgoing their company-provided time off this year. The negative stereotypes of laziness and entitlement have been haunting the generation, and in turn have push them to work harder instead of taking time to recharge. (MarketWatch)
