Fashion brands are increasingly tapping content creators to connect with young shoppers, and BB Dakota recently gave young influencer Sarah Ramos creative power to produce a short film in promotion of the brand. The film features a cast mostly wearing BB Dakota clothes, but focuses more on the character over the fashion to fit the lifestyle of the brand’s target consumer: an “empowered feminist girl” who “has this relationship to fashion that isn’t fashion dictating.” (Racked)
