Rent the Runway, the leader of the rental economy, has found a new way to connect with young consumers on Snapchat. To help them find the right fit, the company is asking Snapchat followers to send a video, image, or text about an item that they’re considering renting, along with information on their size, height, and body shape. The brand then replies with a video of a staff member who best matches that sizing modeling the outfit.
