About three in ten single Millennials have rejected someone based on what TV shows they watch, according to research by Propeller Insights and Xfinity. Over 40% of single Millennials also judge people based on the TV shows they like. There is a good reason that single Millennials in particular see “incompatible television taste” as a dating dealbreaker—about 75% of Millennial couples believe “watching TV together had strengthened their relationships,” compared to two-thirds of all respondents.
