General Mills is not giving up on the generation that “killed” cereal.

Jun 09 2016

General Mills is not giving up on the generation that “killed” cereal. They’re launching Tiny Toast, their first new cereal brand in 15 years, in hopes to appeal to Millennials’ preference for healthy foods. The cereal is made with real fruit, no artificial flavors or colors, no high-fructose syrup, and 13 grams of whole grain. (Though it does also contain 9 grams of sugar.) Early consumer reactions comparing the Tiny Toast blueberry flavor to a blueberry muffin have made the company believe they’re on to “something good.” The brand believes consumers will “remain steadfast in their search for options with wholesome, pantry-friendly ingredients.” (brandchannel
