A new global study by Deloitte rated what Millennials think is most important when choosing a job, and good work/life balance was at the top of the list. Opportunities to progress/be leaders, flexibility, and sense of meaning within work, rated second, third, and fourth respectively as attractive qualities for workplaces to have.
