Media agencies are turning to mentorship programs to retain and professionally develop their growing base of young employees, but what do Millennials think? One 23-year-old female says that she wants to be mentored by older employees who can show her “how I can grow and help them.” Another 22-year-old male suggests forming the relationships organically by “maximizing…chance encounters — open door policies, informal cocktails, cross-pollination of team members on certain projects, etc.” (Digiday)
