Is Millennials’ “love affair” with cities coming to an end? The peak birth year of the generation is now over 25-years-old, the age that many get more serious about their future—including housing. While they are still moving to the suburbs at much lower rate than previous generations, some believe that staying in cities may be less about preference and more about their circumstances—aka, a “stopped up” job and housing market.
