Millennials’ dream house has been built. Pardee Homes researched the generation’s preferences for years to build a concept home customized for the next wave of home buyers, with an open floor plan, an outdoor kitchen built for entertaining, and suite of rooms designed to rent out. Data shows that 18-34-year-olds are interested in purchasing homes, but low income and their tendency to settle down later in life has delayed them.
