CW network may be following its young viewers online. CBS and Warner Brothers are contemplating going rogue and ending CW network’s licensing deals to create a paid streaming service. CW streaming would include live feeds of their most watched shows, like The Flash, as well as on-demand programing, and cost between $2 to $4 a month. Insiders call the move “inevitable” as more young consumers are ditching cable and satellite TV for streaming services. On-demand options may also boost viewership: According to Nielsen data, CW’s prime-time audience has gone down 13% this year. (BloombergBusiness)
