Millennials are working for the weekend. A Harvard study revealed 85% of 18-29-year-olds prioritize spending time with family and friends over being successful in a high paying career. Only 32% choose starting a business as an important factor of their career, versus 53% who value a stable job (even if it’s not exciting). The traumatic effects of the recession may be to blame for young adults’ cautious attitude.
