Mashup videos often become viral hits, and Quizno’s has found a way to tap into the trend with their new video, “The Burn Trials,” which has received over 1.6 million views in just a week. The commercial parodies both the film Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials, and the Burning Man festival, putting attendees of the blazed out event in the hot seat (so to speak). The video might be popular, but Burning Man’s organizer’s are not such big fans, and are actually considering taking action against the brand. (MediaPost)
