While Millennials have long had a, “it’s not a big deal” attitude about weed, many others had concerns that legalizing marijuana would increase young people’s access to the drug. However, a new study finds that might not be the case. Researchers found that in those states where medical marijuana laws had passed there was “no significant effect on teenage usage.” While use of marijuana has increased overall in the US over the last decade, use among teenagers has reportedly been decreasing over the last five years.
