Taco Bell is hoping to drive downloads of their ordering app by giving away 1 million Doritos Locos tacos to those who place their orders through the Taco Bell app in the month of January. The giveaway is a part of the chain’s #Onlyintheapp campaign, which highlights the benefits of ordering on-the-go by providing mobile-exclusive offers. The brand’s app has reportedly been downloaded more than 1.4 million times since its October debut. (MediaPost)
