Startup Victorious wants to build apps for YouTube’s biggest stars. The company is providing the tools for creators to easily build mobile platforms that will integrate their “existing creative channels.” Victorious has already begun working with super vloggers Michelle Phan, Boyce Avenue, and Shay Carl to create their own apps on the platform, which could become an additional revenue-source for them.
