This weekend, teenagers in Ontario, Canada used Twitter to throw an “epic” party—so epic it had to be broken up by police and caused over $70,000 in damage. Using the hashtag #MansionParty, which trended thanks to the event, 2,000 teenagers convened at one 17-year-old’s house and kept their social media feeds constantly updated on the party antics.
