Twitter co-founder Biz Stone has a new app up his sleeve. His latest platform, called Jelly, is a Q&A app that allows users to ask questions directly to their social networks using images. The use of images is key in distinguishing Jelly from already existing Q&A apps like Quora, and follows the reliance on visual communication that Millennials have been increasingly exhibiting.
