Marriott Australia is turning to social media to modernize the concierge service for young adult travelers. The This City My Way program has five teen concierges from cities around the country updating Instagram feeds with activities and sightseeing opportunities in the area, and anyone with questions can connect directly with the teens on Kik or on their blogs.
