A few weeks ago we reported on Millennials in the Workforce. Following up on this cultural shift, a recent article discusses the differences in work ethic by generation. It also mentions how companies should embrace the Millennials work ethic, stating: “You may catch your employees texting at their desks, but in return, you’ll have an omnipresent pulse of ideas from people who’re working for you because they want to, not just because they have to.” (B2C)
