Stress levels in the U.S. are on the decline, except among Millennials. More than half of 18 to 33-year-olds say that stress has kept them up at night in the past month, and they're more likely than any other generation to be diagnosed with depression or an anxiety disorder. However, these unfortunate findings come as no surprise; young people are unsure of their futures, are worried about finances, and grew up being told they could do anything, which is difficult in today's economy.
