Pinterest wants to help people with holiday planning, and to keep present ideas a surprise, the site has introduced secret boards. Users can share them with a few friends, but they won’t show up elsewhere on the social network. This is a practical new feature that we bet would do well beyond the holiday season. (LA Times)
