Speaking of the election, Occidental College offers a unique way for students to learn about politics; they can participate in a “campaign semester” which as it sounds, enables them to earn a semester of college credit for working on a political campaign. This reflects a larger idea in that Millennials seek hands-on opportunities and for their education to directly relate to the real world. (NY Times)
