Nearly 500 public colleges plan to graduate almost 4 million additional students by 2025 to reach a new goal of 18.4 million graduates. Currently, more than one-third of enrolled students do not earn their degree, but as part of their new pledge, institutions hope to reverse this issue. (ABC News)
