Only 22% of 25-34-years-old in the U.S.

Sep 11 2012

Only 22% of 25-34-years-old in the U.S. achieved a higher level of education than their parents and nearly this same percentage haven’t obtained a high school diploma. While having more opportunities than one’s parents is a core part of the American Dream, the U.S. ranks as the fourth-worst of 29 developed countries for children obtaining a higher level of education than their parents.
