ModCloth is launching round two of its “Make The Cut” design competition, this time with higher stakes. Designers will create outfits around a Winter Garden Gala theme, and users will vote on the top 30 designs. The five winners will not only get a $500 prize and see their clothes go into production for sale on the site, they'll also be featured in Teen Vogue! (FMM)
