Gen Z and Millennials have an ongoing love for children’s movies and TV shows, well into their adulthood. Even as streaming services and networks burst with new releases for their bingeing, there’s something special to these gens about reliving classic flicks and series from their childhood. YPulse’s new Kidulting trend report asked, “Do you rewatch the same kids’ content today that you watched growing up?” and nearly 70% of 13-39-year-olds say yes. But 43% also watch current / new kids’ content that wasn’t around when they were young, so nostalgia isn’t the only thing making the magic of kids’ content live on.
