In our recent WE Employment and Career Goals Report, YPulse’s data revealed that 63% of European Gen Z are not currently working, but studies show that this gen is eager to work and is one of the demographics with the strongest rate of economic activity. And even among the 37% who are employed, YPulse’s research shows that more than half are planning to get a new job this year. With so many Gen Z entering the workplace for the first time, it’s crucial for companies to know how to best attract these young talents.
