The entrepreneurial dream is alluring to Millennials who have grown up hearing stories of people their age starting their own companies. But we’ve said before that they are a risk-averse group with a tension between their appreciation for the entrepreneurial spirit and their recently validated fear of losing what little money some have managed to make. They may be falling victim to the “entrepreneur effect” which has them “imagining the business [they] could be running rather than focusing on the job [they] have.” (NYPost)
