Chelsea Handler is coming to Netflix. The streaming site and the brash comic are partnering to create a talk show they hope will disrupt the late night format for the “on-demand generation.” Talk shows have remained fairly traditional despite all the media shake ups of the last few years, though of course new hosts are beginning to attract younger audiences to the format.
